Where do you ship from?

Reno, Nevada. Every order leaves our facility with tracked US shipping (USPS) within 1 business day of cleared payment. Most US deliveries arrive in 2-4 business days. Orders over $500 ship with signature required at no extra cost.

Are these parts genuine Rolex®?

Yes. Every link is a genuine factory Rolex part — sourced from independent watchmakers, repair specialists, and verified consignors with a documented chain of custody. Rolex's official service network is reserved for Authorized Service Centers. Every listing is verified factory-original against our in-house reference samples before it goes live.

How do you handle quality concerns?

What references do your links fit?

Most fit the modern Oyster bracelet — Submariner 116610LN / 126610LN, GMT-Master II 126710BLNR / BLRO, Daytona 116500LN, Datejust 126234, Yacht-Master, Explorer. Each product page lists exact compatible references. Older 5-digit Subs and GMTs (16610, 16710) use a different end-link and screw geometry — we mark those clearly. If you are unsure, email info@flageagle.com with your reference number and we will confirm before you order.

How do I install a link?

Most modern Oyster links install with a 1.6mm flat-head screwdriver (the screws themselves are 1.7mm, but a 1.6 seats cleanly without rounding). Jubilee bracelets use a 1.4mm. Five seconds per link once you've done one. If you'd rather not, any Rolex-authorized watchmaker will fit it for $20-40. Older 5-digit references use pin-and-collar bracelets and need a proper watchmaker's pin pusher. We don't currently offer fitting as a service.

Do you sell whole watches, dials, or movement parts?

No. Flag Eagle is bracelet links only. For complete watches, dials, or movement parts, email us and we'll point you to US specialists.

Do you ship internationally?

Canada and Mexico, yes — tracked international shipping at $24.99 flat, 5-10 business days. Rest of the world: not currently. If you have a specific country need, email info@flageagle.com and we'll tell you whether we can support it. We add destinations as volume justifies the customs overhead.

What is your return policy?

30 days from delivery, for any reason. Full refund minus return shipping. The part must come back in the condition it was sent — unworn, with any original packaging intact. Refund hits your card within 2 business days of us receiving the return.

How do I know my link is the right size?

Three measurements get it right: link width (15.5mm for modern Subs, GMTs, and Daytonas; 13mm for ladies Datejust; 20mm for Yacht-Master 42), bracelet style (Oyster, Jubilee, or President), and whether you need a half-link, full link, or center link. Each product page lists the exact spec. If you want a second pair of eyes, email info@flageagle.com with a photo of the link you are replacing and we will check it before you order.

Are taxes included?

Nevada sales tax is collected automatically on Nevada deliveries. For other US states, Stripe Tax calculates and adds destination tax at checkout where required by that state's nexus rules. International orders (Canada / Mexico) may incur customs duties on arrival — those are the buyer's responsibility. The price you see at checkout is the total you pay; we do not add hidden handling fees.

Can I buy in bulk?

Yes. Email info@flageagle.com with what you need — quantity, references, timeline. We can hold inventory for repeat orders.
